Jeff has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mr. Keel was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 1994 and was thereafter employed as a State Prosecutor in the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he received the Distinguished Service Award as an Assistant State Attorney.

Since beginning his private practice in Tampa, Jeff has handled in excess of 5,000 criminal cases including over 3,000 DUIs since 1995.

Jeff's experience on both sides of the Criminal Justice System has enabled him to have a greater understanding of just how that system works.
