After my admittance to the Florida Bar in 1994, I worked as a state prosecutor in the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida. While in this position, I received the Distinguished Service Award as an Assistant State Attorney. Since beginning my private practice in 1995, I have handled more than 5,000 criminal matters, over 3,000 of which were DUI cases. With experience on both sides of the criminal justice system, I have a great understanding of how the system works.
